Using Buzzboard
Making boards and hosting games is free, with up to 2 teams and 6 players per game. You need no account to play or host a free game.
You're responsible for what you put on your boards. Don't use Buzzboard for anything illegal, hateful or that infringes other people's rights, including pictures, music and video you don't have the right to show. Anyone with a board's link can open it. We may remove boards that break these rules.
Buzzboard Pro
Pro unlocks unlimited teams and players, every theme, and boards synced to your account. It is sold as single payments - nothing renews and you are never charged again automatically:
- Party pass: €4.99, 24 hours from purchase.
- Week pass: €9.99, 7 days from purchase.
- Lifetime: €19.99, for as long as Buzzboard exists.
Prices include VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe, which may act as the reseller (merchant of record) of your purchase; its checkout terms then apply alongside these, and its receipt is your proof of purchase. Pro is tied to the account you buy it with and can't be transferred. A pass bought while another is running starts when that one ends.
Delivery and your right of withdrawal
Pro is digital content delivered immediately: it is active on your account as soon as the payment goes through. As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because Pro starts straight away, at checkout we ask you to agree that it starts immediately and that you thereby lose that right of withdrawal. Without that agreement the purchase can't be completed.
If something doesn't work as described, email us and we'll put it right or refund you. A full refund ends the Pro it paid for.
Availability
We work to keep Buzzboard running, but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Pictures, sound and video you add from your own files are stored only in your browser on your own device; we can't recover them if that browser's data is cleared. Export important boards as a .buzzboard file.
If Buzzboard ever shuts down, we'll give at least 60 days' notice on the site, and you can export your boards before then.
Liability
Our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the last 12 months, except where the law doesn't allow such a limit. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Danish or EU law.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
Complaints and law
Contact us first at contact@wireframestudios.dk. If we can't agree, you can complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board via Nævnenes Hus. These terms are governed by Danish law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes never take away Pro you have already paid for.
